Himont Group Job Summary: Field Force – Cardio Division (2025)
This is a recruitment drive for various field sales positions within the Cardio Division across multiple cities in Pakistan.
Available Positions & Requirements:
The company is hiring for three distinct levels:
- INVENT (Entry-Level / Sales Representative)
- Education: Graduates (Life Sciences preferred), B.Pharm, Sc. (Botany & Zoology). Pharm D or prior experience in a reputable company is a plus.
- Experience: Freshers to experienced candidates.
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
- SIN’s (Customer Sales Manager – CSM)
- Education: Graduates (Life Sciences preferred).
- Experience:5–6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, currently working as a CSM in the same area.
- Age Limit: Up to 36 years.
- District Sales Manager (DSM)
- Education: Graduates (Life Sciences preferred).
- Experience:7–8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, currently working as a Sales Manager (SM) in the same area.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Ensure 100% compliance with the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) system (planning, reporting, customer visits).
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Allocate sales budgets and manage team performance.
- Train and develop the sales team (for DSM role).
- Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KDLs).
Job Locations:
Positions are available in numerous cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta, and many others.
