ICAP is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Incubation in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the I-Thrive incubation program, supporting startups, and fostering a community of innovators.

Key Responsibilities
The role is centered around managing the incubation program and its ecosystem:
- Program Management: Plan and execute incubation programs and development initiatives.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with mentors, startups, and partners for seamless program delivery.
- Digital Management: Manage the I-Thrive incubation portal, including content and promotional campaigns.
- Startup Support: Oversee all startups in the program, ensuring they receive continuous training and engagement.
- Community Building: Build and engage a community of innovators, mentors, and changemakers.
- Content Creation: Develop research-based digital content to showcase the program’s impact.
- Outreach: Connect with universities (ORICs, BICs), research centers, and tech hubs to grow the ecosystem.
- Administrative Support: Provide secretarial support to the Incubation Committee.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience:2 to 4 years of relevant experience in:
- Startup Incubation
- Innovation Programs
- Project Coordination
- Community Engagement
- Preferred Skill: Experience in digital content creation or platform management is a strong advantage.
