- Familiarity with Sindh’s public health systems, DHIS-2, IDSR, TB reporting, and outbreak response.
- Experience in donor-funded projects (preferred).
- Knowledge of GHS frameworks, IDSR, 7-1-7 strategy, TB diagnostics, surveillance, and referrals.
- Proficiency in data validation, digital tools, dashboards, and MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Coordination, communication, stakeholder management, independent work, and frequent travel within districts.
