AGM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Minimum BSc Civil Engineering with Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

• 20+ years’ experience in construction BD & client relations

MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• BSc in Civil Engineering with Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

• Atleast 7 years’ experience in construction industry business development

AGM PROJECTS

• BSc in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred

• Capable of handling Multiple projects

• 20+ years’ experience in managing large-scale construction projects

PROJECT MANAGER

• Bsc in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred

• 12+ years’ experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

• 15+ years’ experience of managing on-site construction activities

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards

PROJECTS COORDINATOR

• BSc in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred

• Min 7 years’ experience in project coordination, reporting and site monitoring

• Must be willing to travel frequently

SR. QS (COSTING, BUDGETING AND PROPOSAL)

• 15+ years’ experience in contracts, proposals, cost controls and budgeting for construction projects and cost estimation

• Ability to prepare competitive, cost-effective bid proposals

SR. QS (BILLING)

• 15+ years’ experience in quantity surveying with a focus on billing

• Proven expertise in client billing, subcontractor billing, and progress measurements

QA/QC LABORATORY MANAGER

• BSc in Civil Engineering

• 5–7 years’ experience in QA/QC for construction materials and site testing
