The Kafalah Foundation, an NGO focused on building a climate-resilient and sustainable economy in Pakistan, is hiring for two senior leadership roles at its Head Office in Islamabad.
1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Number of Positions:1
- Location: Head Office, Islamabad
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Economics, ACMA/ACA/ACCA, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the development or government sector.
- At least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role.
- Key Skills:
- Strong leadership, decision-making, fundraising, and stakeholder management.
2. Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Number of Positions:1
- Location: Head Office, Islamabad
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Economics, ACMA/ACA/ACCA, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in operations management.
- At least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Key Skills:
- Strong organizational, program management, and budgeting skills.
