| Scope of Work | – Oversee all exam-related matters (administration, results, verification, transcripts/degrees/certificates) – Develop tech-driven, efficient, transparent exam system – Ensure reliable evaluation and prevent unfair practices – Plan/schedule exams, maintain records, ensure policy compliance – Coordinate with faculties and internal/external authorities |
– Manage all procurement activities per SPPRA rules and institutional policies – Prepare tenders, bidding docs, evaluations, purchase orders – Ensure transparent, competitive, cost-effective purchasing – Maintain vendor databases, contract records, and documentation – Coordinate with finance, audit, and relevant departments |
| Eligibility Criteria | – 18-year master’s degree – Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in university examination systems – Sound knowledge of rules, regulations, and legal frameworks for annual/semester systems |
– Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field from HEC-recognized institution – Minimum 5 years relevant experience in procurement/supply chain, including 3 years in supervisory/managerial role in university/government/autonomous organization – Working knowledge of SPPRA rules – Strong proficiency in MS Office |
