Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA (Human Resources) from a reputable, HEC-recognized university.
- Experience:20 years of relevant HR experience.
- Sector Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Semi-Government or Corporate Organization.
- Knowledge:
- Must be well-versed in relevant HR Rules, Policies, and Laws.
- Must have thorough knowledge of managing HR issues common in Government/Semi-Government organizations.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years (may be relaxed for exceptional candidates).
