| Key Responsibilities | Qualifications & Experience | Requirements |
| – Serve as Principal Accounting Officer under KW&SC Act-2023. – Lead institutional reforms and modernization. – Develop/implement strategic plans for water/sewerage services. – Manage stakeholder relationships and financial discipline. |
Education: – Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Business/Public Administration, Management, Finance, Commerce, or Engineering (HEC-recognized or international equivalent). – OR Fellow Member of ICAP/ICMAP with HEC equivalency. |
Experience: – 18+ years in large public/private sectors. – 5 years in senior management (C-level for private sector). Age Limit: 60 years. |
