This advertisement is a Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for Individual Consultants for the Karachi Water & Sewerage Services Improvement Project (KWSSIP), under the Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC).
Available Positions & Qualifications

| 01 | Deputy Project Director (01 Position) |
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Management, Environmental Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or FIDIC training preferred. • Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, Jira, or Asana. |
| 02 | Manager Procurement/ Contracts (01 Position) |
• Bachelors (16 years) in Engineering, Law, Business Admin, or related field with a Master’s in Engineering or Business Admin or international certification in supply chain. • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement and contract management. • Experience with World Bank/multilateral development partners and FIDIC contracts is a strong advantage. |
| 03 | Gender Specialist (01 Position) |
• Advanced degree in Gender Studies, Social Development, Sociology, Anthropology, Public Policy, or related field. • 7–10 years of relevant experience in gender, social development, GBV/SEA SH prevention, and community engagement. • Knowledge of World Bank ESF and gender-related policies. |

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure or donor-funded projects. • Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and managing complex datasets. |
