Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB), a public sector autonomous organization entrusted with the task of accelerating growth in the ICT and ICT-enabled services sector, invites online applications from suitable candidates for the following position:

Position:
Assistant Director Technical (Digital Access and Infrastructure)
1 Position
Location: Peshawar
Upper Age Limit: 40 years

Education:
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Software Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Engineering or any other relevant field (at least 16 years of education).

Experience:
At least 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience in a public or private sector organization.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the shortlisting committee constituted for the purpose, and if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified.
2. All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing the fee for any post, candidates must purchase an E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
3. Candidates qualifying the written test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
4. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date for receipt of applications.
5. Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
6. Unclaimed qualifications will not be accepted.
7. Applications from candidates who provide incorrect information while completing the online application form will not only be rejected but may also be subject to legal action.
8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
9. Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
10. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased.
11. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any application by providing a cogent reason.
12. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
13. In the case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from HEC must be provided.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Interested candidates may first visit etea.edu.pkand apply for the posts online.
2. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code & candidate’s personal information) will be generated.
3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the Easypaisa app, an Agent, at any branch of UBL Bank, or via a UBL OMNI agent.
4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank’s stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
5. After applying online, do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of testimonials/documents will be required from candidates who qualify for the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
6. The online Application Form will be available at etea.edu.pkstarting 12th January 2026.
7. The last date for submission of the online application is 31st January 2026.
8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to provide a ported/converted mobile number.
9. The Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test via postal/courier means.
