Applications are invited for the following project posts for “Transplant Project” on fixed salary basis from suitable candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Erstwhile FATA.

MBBS/BDS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC.<br>2. Master’s in Hospital Management/Public Health/Business Administration or equivalent foreign qualification recognized by HEC.<br>3. Minimum 10 years experience in hospital management/administration in a reputable organization.<br>4. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in transplant programs.<br>5. Maximum Age Limit: 62 years.
02. Deputy Director Transplant Project Project Employee 1. MBBS/BDS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC.<br>2. Master’s in Hospital Management/Public Health/Business Administration or equivalent foreign qualification recognized by HEC.<br>3. Minimum 07 years experience in hospital management/administration in a reputable organization.<br>4. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in transplant programs.<br>5. Maximum Age Limit: 55 years.
03. Manager Operations Transplant Project Project Employee 1. MBBS/BDS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC.<br>2. Master’s in Hospital Management/Public Health/Business Administration or equivalent foreign qualification recognized by HEC.<br>3. Minimum 05 years experience in hospital management/administration in a reputable organization.<br>4. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in transplant programs.<br>5. Maximum Age Limit: 50 years.
04. Manager Clinical Services Transplant Project Project Employee 1. MBBS/BDS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC.<br>2. Master’s in Hospital Management/Public Health/Business Administration or equivalent foreign qualification recognized by HEC.<br>3. Minimum 05 years experience in hospital management/administration in a reputable organization.<br>4. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in transplant programs.<br>5. Maximum Age Limit: 50 years.
05. Resident Director Transplant Project Project Employee 1. MBBS/BDS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC.<br>2. Minimum 03 years experience in hospital management/administration in a reputable organization.<br>3. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in transplant programs.<br>4. Maximum Age Limit: 45 years.
06. Procurement Officer Transplant Project Project Employee 1. MBBS/BDS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC. OR Bachelor’s degree (16 years education) in Supply Chain Management from HEC recognized university/institute.<br>2. Minimum 03 years experience in procurement in a reputable organization.<br>3. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in procurement for transplant programs.<br>4. Maximum Age Limit: 45 years.
07. Medical Officer/ Clinical Fellow Project Employee 1. MBBS/BDS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC.<br>2. Valid PM&DC/PMC registration.<br>3. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in relevant specialty (transplant related) in a reputable hospital.<br>4. Maximum Age Limit: 40 years.
08. Head Nurse Project Employee 1. BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) Generic 4 Years degree from HEC recognized institution with valid PNC registration.<br>2. OR Diploma in General Nursing with 01 year Diploma in Midwifery/Specialty with valid PNC registration.<br>3. Minimum 03 years experience as a Head Nurse/Charge Nurse in a reputable hospital.<br>4. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in transplant unit/OT in a reputable hospital.<br>5. Maximum Age Limit: 45 years.
09. Staff Nurse Project Employee 1. BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) Generic 4 Years degree from HEC recognized institution with valid PNC registration.<br>2. OR Diploma in General Nursing with 01 year Diploma in Midwifery/Specialty with valid PNC registration.<br>3. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in transplant unit/OT in a reputable hospital.<br>4. Maximum Age Limit: 40 years.
10. Clinical Technician (OT/Anesthesia/ Dialysis/Radiology/ Lab) Project Employee 1. F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) with 02 years Diploma in relevant field from a recognized institution.<br>2. OR Matric with Science with 02 years Diploma in relevant field from a recognized institution.<br>3. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in transplant unit/OT/Dialysis Unit in a reputable hospital.<br>4. Maximum Age Limit: 40 years.
11. Clinical Technologist (OT/Anesthesia/ Dialysis/Radiology/ Lab) Project Employee 1. BS/B.Sc (Hons) in relevant field from HEC recognized university/institution.<br>2. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in transplant unit/OT/Dialysis Unit in a reputable hospital.<br>3. Maximum Age Limit: 40 years.
12. Computer Operator Project Employee 1. Bachelor’s degree (16 years education) in Computer Science/IT or equivalent from HEC recognized university/institute.<br>2. Minimum 02 years experience in relevant field in a reputable organization.<br>3. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in hospital environment.<br>4. Maximum Age Limit: 40 years.
13. Office Assistant Project Employee 1. Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.<br>2. Minimum 02 years experience in relevant field in a reputable organization.<br>3. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in hospital environment.<br>4. Maximum Age Limit: 40 years.
14. Office Attendant Project Employee 1. Matric or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.<br>2. Minimum 01 year experience in relevant field in a reputable organization.<br>3. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in hospital environment.<br>4. Maximum Age Limit: 40 years.
15. Security Guard Project Employee 1. Matric or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.<br>2. Minimum 03 years experience as a Security Guard in a reputable organization.<br>3. Preference will be given to retired army personnel.<br>4. Maximum Age Limit: 50 years.
16. Sanitary Worker/ Cleaner Project Employee 1. Middle or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.<br>2. Minimum 01 year experience in relevant field in a reputable organization.<br>3. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in hospital environment.<br>4. Maximum Age Limit: 40 years.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Applications accompanied with a cover letter, CV, attested photocopies of all relevant documents (educational degrees/diplomas, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, PM&DC/PMC/PNC registration & valid practicing license (if applicable) and one recent passport size photograph) should reach the office of the Hospital Director, MTI-KTH, Peshawar on or before 21-06-2021during office hours.
  2. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  4. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
  5. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
