1. Position: Headmistress

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  • Master’s Degree in English/Sciences/Early Childhood Education/Educational Leadership (M.Ed., MA Education, or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English/Sciences/Mathematics (regular student).

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years as Head of an Early Years/Primary School with a proven record of improvement.

  • 2-3 years as Subject/Academic Coordinator.

  • 5-8 years of progressive teaching experience in Early Years/Primary education.

• Certifications:

  • Preference for certifications from British Council, Cambridge University, or foreign institutions in School Leadership, Montessori, Early Years Education, or Child Psychology.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of early childhood pedagogical practices.

• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in ICT for teaching and curriculum implementation.

• Child-centered approach with empathy for students’ academic and social needs.

2. Position: Teacher

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  • BS Degree in Mathematics/Social/Natural Sciences/English.

  • Master’s in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field (preferred).

• Experience:

  • Proven experience in creative, interactive lesson delivery for young learners.

  • Familiarity with project-based/thematic learning approaches.

• Certifications:

  • British Council/Cambridge/Pearson/Montessori or Early Years certifications (preferred).

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong classroom management and multitasking abilities.

• Nurturing approach with a focus on holistic child development.

• Proficiency in ICT for enhancing teaching and assessments.
