Position:
Director (Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under HEC’s QA framework to maintain and enhance teaching/learning quality.
- Develop and implement Internal Quality Assurance practices aligned with QAMET goals and college vision.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Required: PhD with relevant senior management experience OR
MPhil/Master’s (18 years of education) with senior management experience. - HEC equivalence certificate required for foreign/advanced degrees.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and knowledge transfer skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
