1. Company Secretary
- Location: Corporate Office, Lahore
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Organize Board, Committee, and General Meetings.
- Manage legal affairs, contract reviews, and negotiations.
- Maintain statutory records and support the Board on governance matters.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Member of a recognized body of Accountants or Corporate/Chartered Secretaries, OR a Law degree/MBA/Com (HEC recognized).
- Experience: Minimum 15 years, including at least 5 years as a Company Secretary in a listed company.
- Age: Minimum 40 years.
2. Head of Internal Audit
- Location: KAPCO Plant, Kot Addu
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the internal audit function and develop audit strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and report to the Board Audit Committee.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulators.
- Manage and lead the audit team.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: CA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years in a senior audit/risk role in a listed or regulated entity (energy/infrastructure sector preferred).
- Age: Minimum 40 years.
