Positions Available
LESCO is hiring for 13 contract-based positions in the IT and Billing departments. The posts are grouped into two main levels with different qualification and age requirements.
1. Manager Level Positions (Equivalent to BPS-19)
- Age Limit:Up to 50 years
- Required Qualification:Master’s degree or equivalent (with at least 60% marks) in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- Required Experience:At least 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years at a Middle/Senior management level (or BPS-18 and above for government employees).

2. Deputy Manager Level Positions (Equivalent to BPS-18)
- Age Limit:Up to 45 years
- Required Qualification:Master’s degree or equivalent (with at least 60% marks) in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- Required Experience:At least 5 years of relevant experience in a junior/middle management position (or BPS-17 and above for government employees).

Important Notes & Conditions
- Registration:Computing professionals must have valid registration with the NCEAC.
- Advantage Given To:
- Candidates with job-specific certifications.
- Candidates with relevant prior experience at LESCO.
- For Government/Serving Employees:Must apply through the proper channel. An advance copy can be sent, but a No Objection Certificate (NOC) is mandatory for the interview.
- Contractual Nature:The positions are purely contractual, non-pensionable, offer no long-term benefits, and will not be made permanent in the future.
- Probation:A six-month probation period applies.
