Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification:
- A minimum of 16 years of education.
- Degree must be in one of the following fields from an HEC-recognized university:
- Human Resource Management
- Public Administration
- Public Policy
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an HR specialization.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management or a related field.

- Experience must be from well-established and renowned public or private organizations.
