Health & Population Department Government of Punjab, Career Opportunities at Project Implementation Unit FOR “Community Empowerment And Strengthening of Healthcare Access Through Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic”

The qualifications and experience required for each post are detailed below:

1. Program Director (ADGHS) (PPS-11) 1 Up to 50 Medical doctor with a postgraduate diploma. At least 15 years of experience serving in the Health Department, including at least 3 years at mid and senior-level positions, with 3 years of project management experience in Primary/Preventative healthcare-related programs in the public sector.
2. Additional Program Director (PPS-10) 1 Up to 45 Medical doctor with a postgraduate diploma. At least 10 years of experience in the Health Department, including at least 3 years at mid and senior-level positions, with 2 years of experience in primary/preventive healthcare-related programs.
3. Deputy Program Director (Operations) (PPS-09) 1 Up to 45 Medical doctor. At least 5 years of experience serving in the Health Department, including at least 2 years at mid/senior-level positions, with 1 year of project-related experience for implementing field-based projects, preferably in Primary/Preventive healthcare-related programs.
4. Deputy Program Director (Contract Management) (PPS-09) 1 Up to 45 Medical doctor. At least 5 years of experience serving in the Health Department, including at least 2 years at mid/senior-level positions, with 1 year of project-related experience for implementing field-based projects, preferably in Primary/Preventive healthcare-related programs.
5. Deputy Program Director (IT/MIS) (PPS-09) 1 Up to 45 At least an M.Sc./BS Hons degree in Statistics. At least 8 years of project-related experience in primary healthcare, preferably in Primary/Preventive healthcare-related programs.
6. Deputy Program Director (Finance/Procurement) (PPS-09) 1 Up to 45 A degree in MBA/MPA/Supply Chain Management/Economics or a relevant field. At least 5 years of practical experience in the public sector, preferably in health sector projects, in the procurement of goods, works, routine services, and consultancy services, and conducting related training.
7. Clinical Quality Control Officer (PPS-08) 1 Up to 40 At least 16 years of education, preferably in Public Health/Statistical Economics/Business Administration or an equivalent professional. At least 1 year of experience, preferably in Primary/Preventive healthcare.
8. Program Officer (IT/Data) (PPS-06) 1 Up to 40 M.Sc/BS Hons in Statistics, Bio-Statistics. M.Sc/BS (Hons) in Computer Science/Software Engineering from a recognized UGC/HEC. At least 2 years of experience, including 1 year of project-related experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in primary/preventive healthcare.
9. Program Officer (Procurement) (PPS-06) 1 Up to 40 A degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy/Doctor of Pharmacy/MBA/MPA/Supply Chain Management/Economics/Biomedical Engineering/Marketing or a relevant field. At least 2 years of practical experience in the public sector, preferably in health sector projects, in the procurement of goods, works, and consultancy services, and conducting related training.
10. Program Officer (Accounts) (PPS-08) 1 Up to 40 A finance professional with a relevant Master’s degree in accounting and finance (MBA/MPA/ACCA) or an MA in Economics or Commerce. At least 3 years of experience working at mid and senior-level positions in a public sector organization development project.
