- Education:
- Required: Ph.D. / M.Phil. / MS in Education, School Administration, Educational Leadership (preferred), or any other subject from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Minimum Grade:1st Division, 2.5 CGPA, or 60% in the highest degree.
- Preferred: B.Ed. / M.Ed. qualification.
- Experience:
- At least 8-10 yearsof administrative experience.
- Experience must be with a renowned Matric/Intermediate School or College with over 800 students.
- Age Limit:40 to 55 years.
Key Terms & Conditions
- Preference will be given to candidates with wider relevant experience.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test and interview. Original documents must be presented at the interview.
- No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA)will be provided for the test/interview.
- Current principals already serving in the Cantt Public Education System (CPES) on contract who meet the criteria are eligible to apply.
- Individuals who have been previously terminated or disengaged from any CPES position are NOT eligible.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
