- Req vacs be advertised in print media indicating their provincial/regional quotas and copy of the immediately sent to this office when pub. Departmental Selection Committee (DSCs) be constituted before exec of rect process being mandatory req of Govt. Board Proceedings for enrl of civ must be signed by ud all members as mentioned in SOP issued vide ID-1KRUOPA dated 06 Feb 2024 & CLS Sectt ID-ANPTT6 dated 05 Jul 2018 and be vetted / approved by the DCP, before issue of appt ltrs/med exam to sel pers. Rep of Mindef/D-nay also be incl for filling up posts as mentioned vide ID-9CPY3N. The offr x MoD must be info in writing 15 days in advance before assembling the bd.
- Case be taken up with with ISPR Ined for advertising the vacs in print media for which NOC sued by CP Dte vide their ibid note to complete the dft in unit.
- Rect Rules/duly approved by Estb Div Isb may be inade part of the bd conducted for enn of civs in the unit. The bd proceedings must be finalized and signed by all members within the pd of 120 days wef the date of advertisement. In case of failure, fresh NOC will red to be obtained from CP Dte.
