🎓 Qualifications & Experience
1. Project Manager (PPS-9)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. A preference for MSPM, PMP, or a Diploma in Project Management.
- Experience:8-10 years in project coordination/analysis.
- Key Skills:
- Technical documentation and project support.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
2. CFO/Accounts Officer (PPS-7)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting. A preference for CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification.
- Experience: At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a major corporation.
- Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
📄 General Terms & Conditions
- Appointment: Made on a contract basis under the standard PSDP Project pay package.
- Age Relaxation: A 5-year age relaxation is already included in the age limit.
