Eligibility Criteria
1. Minimum Qualification & Experience
- Education: Foreign or Local LLB degree or Barrister-at-Law.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the public or private sector.
- Preference: Experience in International Commercial Arbitration.
2. Required Professional Credentials
- Experience in drafting or reviewing Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, Contracts, and other Legal Documents.
- (Preferred) Understanding of International Law.
- (Preferred) Skills in rendering legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters.
- (Preferred) Experience in legislative drafting.
3. Short-listing & Preferences
Candidates will be shortlisted in the following order of preference:
- Public Sector
- Experience in state-run corporations/entities.
- Experience in reputable private corporations.
4. Personal Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at national and international forums.
- Commitment to professionalism, discipline, and integrity.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
