- Tenure: Initial 3-year contract, extendable for further periods (up to 3 years at a time) based on Federal Government’s discretion.
- Salary & Benefits: Equivalent to the starting pay of BPS-22 (the highest basic pay scale in Pakistan), plus fringe benefits.
