HIRING OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT
The Municipal Committee Hafizabad intends to hire the services of a qualified and experienced Individual Consultant for short-term consultancy to provide resident and technical supervision for various development projects related to Municipal Services & Infrastructures as per PPRA Rules, 2014.
Position Title: Individual Consultant – Monitoring Engineer Contract Duration: 06 months Qualification: B.Sc Engineering (Civil) PEC Registration: Mandatory Experience: Minimum 05 years in Infrastructure development works & Public Health Engineering Works (e.g., disposal stations, sewerage & drainage systems, trunk sewers, roads, buildings, etc.) Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for comprehensive monitoring of development and beautification projects, including but not limited to:
- Conducting regular field inspections of infrastructure development projects to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensuring quality assurance by auditing construction materials and workmanship in line with construction standards.
- Daily updating of the Project Dashboard to maintain real-time project visibility for stakeholders.
- Preparing detailed progress and technical reports, highlighting achieved milestones and identifying potential delays.
- Identifying on-site technical issues and coordinating with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensuring strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) protocols at project sites.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously.
