Position Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Human Resources, preferably in Compensation & Benefits.
- Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain compensation structures.
- Support reward strategies and salary benchmarking.
- Administer payroll inputs and employee benefit programs.
- Assist in job evaluation and role-based pay structures.
- Support employee performance evaluations and promotion processes.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and HRIS/Excel skills.
- Familiarity with compensation analytical tools.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and accuracy.
