1. Position: Unit Head – Home Remittance Business (OG4)

Reporting to: Working Head – Remittance Business

Educational/Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications in AML/CFT, Trade, or related fields will be preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of banking/financial services experience, with at least 4 years in:
    • Home Remittance
    • International Payments
    • Cross-Border Remittances
    • Commercial Banking
    • Payment Operations / FinTech / Digital Payments

Other Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management
  • Analytical and project coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through home remittance strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with AML/KYC/CFT policies and regulations.
  • Manage financial coordination with remittance partners.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Legal, IT).
  • Supervise staff and prepare performance reports.

2. Position: Unit Head – Marketing & Admin (OG4)

Educational/Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant marketing certifications will be preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of banking/financial services experience, with at least 4 years in marketing, strategy, or digital payments.

Other Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Digital marketing and social media expertise
  • Analytical and data interpretation skills
  • HR management and organization skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital/traditional channels.
  • Manage social media content and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including salary processing and records.

3. Position: Senior Relationship Manager – Home Remittance Business (OG4)

Educational/Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications will be preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of banking/financial services experience, with at least 4 years in remittances, payments, or related fields.

Other Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support revenue growth through remittance business strategies.
  • Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities.
  • Manage financial coordination and settlements with partners.
  • Ensure compliance with AML/KYC/CFT requirements.
  • Assist the Working Head in business development.
