| Education | Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HEC recognized). Preferred: Master’s or Islamic Banking certification. |

| Experience | Min. 5 years in branch banking, with at least 2 years as a Branch Manager (Islamic banking preferred). | Min. 3 years in Credit Operations and/or Credit Administration. |
| Key Skills | – Branch banking & Islamic products knowledge – Knowledge of SBP/AML/CFT regulations – Leadership & analytical skills – Strong communication & interpersonal skills |
– Knowledge of credit policies & procedures – Strong communication skills – Multi-tasking & meeting deadlines – Record keeping & documentation |
| Primary Responsibilities | – Overall branch management & business growth – Achieve sales targets for Islamic products – Lead, train, and monitor branch staff – Ensure compliance with all regulations – Manage customer service and relations – Implement internal controls to prevent fraud |
– Process credit disbursements & adjustments – Manage profit calculations & transaction processing – Maintain credit records & physical registers – Coordinate with customers & stakeholders (lawyers, insurance) – Handle collateral documentation – Assist internal/external auditors |
