The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is seeking experienced professionals for its Aitemaad Islamic Banking Group to drive business growth and transform the institution into a future-ready bank.
1. Position: Branch Manager (VP)
- Place of Posting:Lahore
- Number of Positions:01
- Qualification:Minimum Graduation (recognized by HEC). A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience:Minimum 5 years in banking, with at least 3 years as a Branch Manager. Islamic Banking experience is preferred.
- Key Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of Islamic Banking products, SBP regulations, and bank policies.
- Strong leadership, managerial, and communication skills.
- Expertise in banking operations, credit, sales, AML/CFT, and risk management.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and build a strong business network.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve the branch’s business targets and ensure profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team.
- Ensure full compliance with all SBP regulations and internal policies.
- Manage overall branch performance, customer service, and risk.
- Develop strategies for business growth and maintain key client relationships.
2. Position: Relationship Manager Corporate (OG-I / AVP)
- Place of Posting:Karachi
- Number of Positions:02
- Qualification:Minimum Graduation (recognized by HEC). A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience:Minimum 5 years in banking, with at least 3 years as a Relationship Manager. Islamic Banking experience is preferred.
- Key Skills Required:
- Sound knowledge of Islamic Banking products and SBP regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage client relationships.
- Knowledge of credit, trade, sales, and risk management.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned business targets for corporate relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial statements and business data to inform decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal procedures.
