Eligibility Criteria
| Requirement | Details |
| Education | – Minimum Graduation (HEC-recognized) – Master’s degree/certifications preferred |
| Experience | – 10 years in banking (5 years in Retail/SME/Agri collections) – Public sector experience preferred |
| Key Skills | – Leadership & People Management – Regulatory knowledge (SBP Prudential Regulations) – MIS, Data Analysis, Legal Documentation – MS Office Proficiency |
Responsibilities

| Collections & Recovery | – Ensure compliance, minimize NPLs/delinquency – Maximize recoveries and manage write-offs |
| Coordination | – Liaise with legal teams, external agencies, and IT – Resolve system issues and audit findings |
| Reporting & Training | – Develop MIS for monitoring – Conduct staff training programs |
