- Reports to:Wing Head – FI Credit Processing & MIS
- Core Function:To analyze and process credit limits for Financial Institutions (FIs), manage risk, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and approve credit limits for domestic/overseas units.
- Perform credit rating reviews and risk assessments.
- Maintain credit files and prepare peer analysis of other banks.
- Liaise with Compliance, Treasury, and Risk Management teams.
- Manage audit-related issues.
Position 2: Unit Head – FI Marketing & Sales (OG-I / AVP)
- Reports to:Financial Institutions – FI Relationship Management
- Core Function:To manage bank relationships, identify new business opportunities, and grow the bank’s income.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing relationships with other banks.
- Track income and volumes to develop new strategies.
- Generate new business leads and client referrals.
- Market NBP’s FI services to local and international banks.
- Resolve queries from correspondent banks.

- Education:Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s degree). A Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.
- Experience:Minimum 4 years in the financial sector, with at least 3 years in a relevant role (Credit Analysis or Relationship Management).
