| Experience Required | 5+ years in banking (3+ years in Consumer Banking). | 5+ years (3+ years in product development). Islamic Banking experience preferred. | 3+ years in banking (1+ year in Finance/Portfolio Management). Islamic Banking experience preferred. |
| Key Skills | – Islamic retail products knowledge – Regulatory compliance (SBP) – Financial reporting & MIS management |
