High-Level Role Descriptions
- Senior IT Service Desk Analyst (AVP/VP):A leadership role on the service desk, focused on providing first-level support, managing the team, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and improving help desk procedures. This is the only position advertised at the higher VP level.
- Swift Administrator: Manages the bank’s critical SWIFT financial messaging system. Requires deep, hands-on knowledge of SWIFT products (Alliance Access, Gateway, etc.), security, and network connectivity.
- Senior Desktop Support Analyst: Provides hands-on support for end-user hardware and software, including computers, printers, and operating systems. Acts as an escalation point for the service desk.
- Network Engineer LAN/WAN: Responsible for the design, implementation, security, and maintenance of the bank’s local and wide area network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Information Security Officer: Develops and implements security policies, conducts risk assessments, monitors for security incidents, and ensures compliance with security standards.
- IT Audit Officer: Conducts audits of IT systems and processes to identify control weaknesses, ensures compliance with internal and external regulations, and reports findings to management.
- IT Business Analyst: Acts as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring that IT projects meet business objectives.
