• Reporting to: Regional Head
• Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (Commerce or Islamic Banking certification preferred).
• Experience:4 years in branch banking, including 2 years as a Branch Manager (Islamic Banking experience preferred).
• Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of Islamic banking products and compliance (AML/CFT, SBP regulations).
  • Leadership, business acumen, and customer service excellence.
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee branch operations, business development, and target achievement.
  • Manage customer relationships, compliance, and staff training.
• Location: G. Khan and Karachi.

2. Relationship Manager (OG-II)

• Reporting to: Branch Manager
• Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (Commerce or Islamic Banking qualification preferred).
