1. Wing Head – Alternate Delivery Channel (ADC)
- Grade: VP/SVP
- Reports to: Group Head, ADC & Payment Systems
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering (HEC recognized).
- 13+ years in IT, with 4+ years in a leadership role managing ADC operations/support.
- Key Skills: Expertise in ATM, mobile/internet banking, switch operations, cybersecurity, digital payments, cloud technologies, Agile/DevOps, and project management.
- Responsibilities: Define ADC technology roadmap, ensure system security/availability, manage vendor relationships, and integrate ADC with core banking systems.
2. Unit Head – Back-Office Applications Operations
- Grade: AVP/VP
- Reports to: Wing Head – All Applications Operations & Support
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering (HEC recognized).
- 8+ years in IT, with 3+ years in IT Business Applications Operations/Support (banking preferred).
- Key Skills: First-level application support, issue analysis (EOD/batch processes), SQL scripting, team management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Responsibilities: Ensure smooth back-office application support, prepare SOPs, participate in projects, and coordinate with stakeholders.
3. IT Application Support Officer – Back-Office Applications Operations
- Grade: OG-II/OG-I
- Reports to: Unit Head – Back-Office Applications Operations
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering (HEC recognized). Certifications are a plus.
- 3+ years in IT, with 1+ year in back-office application support. Banking experience (compliance/trade/treasury/reconciliation/ADC) preferred.
- Key Skills: Technical/operational support, issue analysis, SQL scripting, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Responsibilities: Provide application support, prepare user manuals/SOPs, liaise with vendors/IT teams, and participate in projects.
