1. Section Head – Administration / Planning Officer (OG-I)
- Place of Posting: Karachi
- Reports to: Wing Head- Administration & Planning
- Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking (Audit, Finance, Compliance, Branch Operations, or Administration).
- Key Skills: Communication, negotiation, report writing, MS-Office.
- Main Duties: Managing administrative tasks (leave, transfers, employee records), assisting with budget preparation, responding to audit queries, preparing memos for the Board Audit Committee.
2. Joint Director / Lead Reviewer (OG-IV/OG-V)
- Place of Posting: Karachi
- Reports to: Divisional Head – Credit Review
- Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Master’s or professional qualifications like ACCA/CIMA/CA are preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking, with at least 2 years as an Audit/Credit Risk Reviewer, Compliance Officer, or Branch Operations Manager.
- Key Skills: Team leadership, communication, presentation, data analysis.
- Main Duties: Performing credit risk reviews, monitoring compliance with regulations and bank policies, following up on corrective actions, managing audit records.
3. Audit Team Member – Regional Audit Office (OG-I / OG-II)
- Place of Posting: Dera Ghazi Khan
- Reports to: Lead Reviewer
- Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Master’s or professional qualifications like ACCA/CIMA/CA are preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking, with at least 2 years in Audit, Compliance, Branch Operations, or Finance.
- Key Skills: Knowledge of audit practices, analytical skills, MS-Office (data analytics software is a plus).
- Main Duties: Conducting branch and regional office audits, preparing audit reports, following up on corrective actions, ensuring safe record-keeping.
4. Audit Team Member – International Audit (OG-I / OG-II)
- Place of Posting: Karachi
- Reports to: Lead Reviewer- International Audit
- Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Master’s or professional qualifications like ACCA/CIMA/CA are preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking, with 2 years in an audit function. Experience in auditing overseas operations is highly preferred.
- Key Skills: Knowledge of internal audit practices, communication, MS-Office.
- Main Duties: Conducting audits of international branches, preparing audit reports, validating regulatory findings, managing audit MIS and records.
