01. Unit Head – HR & Administration and Coordination (OG-I / AVP)
- Reporting to: Wing Head – HR Administration & Coordination – ERMD
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Master’s in HR preferred) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: * Minimum 05 years in Human Resources, preferably in banking/financial institutions.
- Experience in staff life cycle management (On-boarding, Performance Management, Training, etc.).
- Key Skills: Team & Time Management, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio), and strong communication.
- Responsibilities: * Maintain HR data banks (Master Data, Organograms, KPIs).
- Coordinate with HRMG regarding hiring, staff requisitions, and contract renewals.
- Manage the annual performance appraisal cycle and end-to-end onboarding.
- Handle resignations, retirements, and staff transfers/postings.

02. Credit Officer (OG-II / OG-I)
- Reporting to: Regional Executive – Credit
- Education: Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized institution (Accounting or Finance background preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of banking experience in Corporate, Commercial, or SME lending/risk management.
- Key Skills: Credit & Financial statement analysis, knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Responsibilities:
- Analyze credit proposals and identify risks/mitigants.
- Assess creditworthiness of obligors and collateral.
- Perform cash flow, liquidity, and ratio analysis (stress testing).
- Coordinate with business groups for clarifications and assist in audits.
- Place of Posting: Muzaffarabad, Peshawar, Sialkot, Sahiwal, and Sheikhupura.
