Position: Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (OG-II / OG-I)
Department: Corporate & Investment Banking
Location: Islamabad
Reporting to: Unit Head – Corporate Banking
Basic Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Minimum: Graduation or equivalent (HEC recognized).
- Preferred: Master’s degree (in Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Banking) and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA).
- Experience:
- Minimum:1 year of experience in Client/Sales/Relationship Management.
- Preferred: Candidates from the Banking/Financial sector with experience in Corporate/Investment Banking or Credit/Risk, possessing strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Analytics.
- Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and structuring skills.
- Excellent Relationship Management and credit expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Sound understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking products and the regulatory environment.
Main Responsibilities
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Unit Head in implementing business strategy and achieving sales targets.
- Managing and growing relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities for various bank products (FX, Trade Finance, etc.).
- Preparing and submitting high-quality credit proposals in adherence to bank policies.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines (e.g., SBP Prudential Regulations) and internal controls.
- Monitoring the assigned portfolio’s performance and profitability.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless service to clients.
Employment Details
- Type: Contractual for three years, renewable at the Management’s discretion.
