Eligibility & Requirements
Criteria | Details |
Education | – Minimum Graduation (HEC-recognized) – Master’s or professional qualifications preferred |
Experience | – Minimum 2 years in banking – Preferred: Relationship management, credit risk, or recovery portfolio experience |
Skills & Knowledge | – SME/Wholesale banking expertise – Strong communication & interpersonal skills – Familiarity with SBP Prudential Regulations – Proficient in MS Office – Analytical & team player |
Key Responsibilities
Duties |
– Assist in remedial management of non-performing loans (NPLs). |
– Prepare restructuring/resettlement proposals for approval. |
– Liaise with Legal & Credit teams for recovery plans. |
– Monitor NPL accounts and track recoveries (fortnightly/monthly). |
– Maintain client call logs and generate MIS reports. |
– Ensure compliance with SBP & internal policies. |
– Support senior management with presentations and regional recovery efforts. |
