National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) owns and operates two HUNG based Combined Cycle Power Plants i.e. 1223 MW Balloki and 1230 MW Haveli Bahadur Shah, situated at District Kasur and District Jhang respectively. NPPMCL’s Head Office is located at Lahore. NPPMCL invites applications for recruitment on the following positions. | 01 | Title: General Manager (Admin/HR) Qualification: MBA/Master’s Degree from a local/foreign university recognized by HEC; specialization in HR will be preferred. Experience: I. At least 10 years of experience in the field of Administration and Human Resource Management. Experience of working within approved plans to meet time-bound goals. II. Must possess the ability to lead, transform, and resonate the company’s values through strong leadership traits and inspirational behavior; III. Must possess experience to manage public procurements and coordinate with private and public sector vendors & suppliers. IV. Experience of three years directly reporting to CEO/MD of a Public Sector Entity will be an added advantage. | 01 |
| 02 | Title: General Manager (Performance & Contracts Management) Qualification: Degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics) from a university duly recognized by HEC and PEC. Additional degree in business/management from an HEC-recognized university will be preferred. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in CCGT power plants which includes at least 5 years of experience at the senior management level in the field of plant performance and having exposure to handling, monitoring, and management of power plant-related contracts and agreements. Must have served at a senior position in the Contract department and Plant Performance Monitoring department. Having a reasonable understanding of FIDIC, PEC guidelines, PPRA laws. | 01 |
| 03 | Title: Manager (Contracts Management) Qualification: Degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Civil) from a university duly recognized by HEC and PEC. An additional Degree in law/Business/management from a recognized university will be preferred. Experience: At least 07 years of post-qualification experience predominantly in the power sector. Must have experience in dealing with matters pertaining to FIDIC, PEC guidelines, and Federal PPRA Laws. | 01 |
| 04 | Title: Manager (Plants Performance) Qualification: Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) from an engineering university duly recognized by HEC and PEC. Additionally, a degree in Business would be preferred. Experience: At least 07 years of relevant experience working at Combined Cycle Power Plant(s). | 01 |
| 05 | Title: Assistant Manager (IBC) Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics) from a renowned University duly recognized by HEC and PEC. Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics) will be preferred. Experience: At least 03 years of power sector experience, preferably with IPP. Location: Both positions are available at Power Plant sites i.e., One (01) position at 1223-MW CCPP Balloki, District Kasur, and the second (2nd) position at 1230-MW CCPP HBS, District Jhang. | 02 |
| 06 | Title: Admin Executive Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (16 Years of education) or Master’s Degree in Business Administration from an HEC-recognized University. Experience: At least 02 years of post-qualification experience in the Admin department. Proficient computer skills in MS Office are a must.
