Position & Responsibilities

| Overview | Provide strategic leadership for power generation operations, drive efficiency, ensure robust governance, and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. |
| Key Responsibilities | • Ensure smooth plant operations and maintenance. • Develop and implement business plans aligned with government policy. • Liaise with Ministry of Energy, NEPRA, CPPA-G, and other stakeholders. • Implement government policy decisions. • Report to and execute directions from the Board of Directors. • Oversee operational expenditures and mitigate risks. • Develop and execute HR strategies. |
Requirements & Terms

| Qualification | • HEC-recognized graduate degree in Business/Public Admin, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, OR • Engineering (Elec/Elect/Mech/Mechatronics) with PEC registration. |

| Experience | Minimum 10 years at a senior management level (e.g., Chief Executive, senior manager, head of department) in a commercial/industrial organization. |
