– Minimum Graduation (HEC-recognized) – Master’s/ACAMS/other compliance certifications preferred |
| Experience | – 10 years in Financial Sector – 5+ years in FI Relationship Management/Trade Finance |
– 5+ years in banking compliance |
| Key Skills | – Analytical skills – Trade operations expertise – Team leadership |
– AML/CFT, KYC, TBML knowledge – SBP/EPZ regulations – Risk assessment |
| Responsibilities | – Manage FI team & correspondent banking – Develop trade strategies – Monitor AML/CFT compliance – Grow income streams |
– Ensure regulatory compliance – Submit reports/audits – Transaction monitoring – Staff training |
