Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:D. in Hydrology / Water Resources Science from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.
- Experience:15 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university, postgraduate institution, or a national/international organization.
- Publications:15 research papers published in journals (as per NED University/HEC policy). Hard copies along with a CD/DVD of the papers are required.

- Eligibility:Pakistani nationals. Maximum age is 55 years (relaxable for government/semi-government/university employees applying through the proper channel).
- Application Fee: 5,000/- (to be paid online).
