Vacancies 2025

The office of the Advocate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications from residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who possess the required qualifications for the following vacant positions, in accordance with the following conditions, through ETEA:

Junior Scale Stenographer –  FA/FSc or equivalent from any recognized board. 50 WPM shorthand speed in English. 35 WPM typing speed in English. Knowledge of Computer (MS Word, MS Excel). | 18-30 Years
Junior Clerk – FA/FSc or equivalent from any recognized board. 30 WPM typing speed in English. | 18-30 Years

Terms and Conditions:

1. All eligible candidates will be allowed to take a screening test.
2. If any candidate is found ineligible during the scrutiny process by the competent authority, he/she will be disqualified for recruitment at any stage.
3. A separate application must be submitted for each post.
4. Candidates will be informed of the test/interview schedule via SMS; therefore, all candidates must not close or change their mobile SIM until the recruitment process is complete. Otherwise, the candidate will be responsible.
5. All appointments will be made in accordance with the existing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
6. Original documents must be brought on the day of the interview.
7. The provincial government’s allocated quota will be strictly followed in the posts.

How to Apply:

1. After creating a profile on the ETEA website and before submitting the fee, verify your original CNIC by printing the Nadra E-Sahulat Token from the ETEA website at any franchise (Kiosk). You will not be able to apply for any post without this verification. After verifying the profile, print the deposit slip from the website to pay the fee, and deposit the fee (non-refundable exam fee) at any Easy-paisa/Jazz Cash agent or Nadra E-Sahulat center. You will receive a confirmation SMS. The exam fee can also be paid via the Easy-paisa/Jazz Cash app on your mobile phone. Keep the original deposit slip safe as you will not be allowed to sit for the exam without the deposit slip and roll number slip. Do not bother sending any educational documents to our office.
2. The online application for the posts will be available on the ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk from 16.06.2025.
3. The last date for submitting the online form is 07 July 2025.
4. Candidates will be informed about downloading the roll number slip via SMS; therefore, all candidates must keep their mobile number active.
