Applications are required from suitable candidates residing in Kurram District for the vacant posts of Patwari in the office of Deputy Commissioner, Kurram District, according to the following criteria.

Terms and Conditions
(1) All eligible candidates will be allowed to take the test. If any candidate is found ineligible for any reason during the scrutiny by the competent authority, the concerned candidate will be disqualified for recruitment at any stage.
(2) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
(3) The screening list of candidates will be based on ETEA’s screening test.
(4) All appointments will be made on a regular basis according to the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
(5) Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given according to the existing rules.
(6) Candidates working in government and semi-government departments should apply through their respective departments.
(7) The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application without giving any reason and to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of advertised posts.
Application Procedure
(1) After creating your profile on the ETEA website and paying the fee, print the NADRA e-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get it verified at any franchise (Kya-Suk) with your original National Identity Card number. You cannot apply for any post without this verification. After verifying the profile, print the deposit slip from the ETEA website to pay the fee and deposit it at any Jazz Cash EasyPaisa agent or NADRA e-Sahulat center (examination fee is non-refundable). You will receive a confirmation SMS. The examination fee can also be paid through the Jazz-Cash EasyPaisa application on your mobile phone. Keep the original deposit slip with you, as you will not be allowed to sit for the exam without the deposit slip and roll number slip. Do not bother to send any documentary evidence to the office.
(2) The online application for the posts will be available on the ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk on 01.10.2025.
(3) The last date for submitting the online form will be 20.10.2025.
(4) Candidates will be notified about downloading the roll number slip via SMS, so all candidates should not change their mobile SIM until the recruitment process is complete; otherwise, all responsibility will lie with the candidates.
(5) All information about the ETEA screening test will be mentioned on the roll number slip.
(6) No separate call letter will be sent for the screening test via post or courier.
Note:
(1) While applying online, keep a scanned soft copy of your passport-size photo and documents with you.
(2) All candidates should read all instructions carefully before filling out the online application.
(3) ETEA can verify the deposited fee of a candidate at any time. In case of non-verification, the application of the concerned candidate will be stopped.
(4) A fee deposited on another candidate’s National Identity Card number will not be acceptable.
