The Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Mansehra, invites applications from permanent residents of District Mansehra who possess the required qualifications for the following vacant posts.

Rules and Regulations
- All eligible candidates will be allowed to take their screening test. If any candidate is found ineligible for any reason during the scrutiny by the competent authority, the concerned candidate will be disqualified for recruitment at any stage.
- For the posts of Computer Operator, a typing test (Urdu, English) of the screened candidates will be held at the ETEA office.
- The shortlisting of candidates will be based on ETEA’s screening test.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. It is mandatory to present original documents at the time of the interview.
- No TA/DA will be given for the test and interview.
- The interview will be notified via SMS. Therefore, all candidates should not turn off or change their mobile SIM until the recruitment process is complete. Otherwise, all responsibility will lie with the candidates.
- All appointments will be made on merit according to the rules and regulations prescribed by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Only experience certificates from government departments that are relevant to the advertised post will be accepted. Experience certificates from private institutions will not be acceptable. In addition, a certified copy of the appointment letter for the post must be attached with the experience certificate, which must be presented for inspection along with other original documents during the interview. Otherwise, the experience certificate will not be accepted.
- Candidates working in government and semi-government departments should apply through the proper channel.
- The last date for receiving applications will be the same for all candidates.
- Female candidates will be considered for the general quota if there is no separate quota.
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in the entire district.
- In case of fake degrees or documents, legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate.

Method of Application
- ETEA will conduct the screening test for the above posts. Applications should be submitted online through the ETEA website (etea.edu.pk). Candidates are required to fill out the online application form and deposit the fee in any UBL Bank, Easy Paisa, UBL Bank, Easy Paisa, UBL Bank, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash account. The deposit slip/SMS will be uploaded to the ETEA portal.
- Applications will be accepted online only. The last date for online application is 30.11.2025.
- No application will be accepted after the due date.
- The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The list of candidates will be uploaded on the ETEA website. The test date, time, and test center will be notified via SMS.
