Advertisement for the need of Drivers and Sewermen (Work Charge)
Under the Government of Punjab, Local Government & Community Development Department Lahore’s letter no. (SO.ADMN-II(LG) Misc/2025 (Machinery) dated 02-12-2025, District Council Multan requires drivers and sewermen on a work charge basis according to the following conditions and details. In accordance with letter No. SO.ADMN-II(LG) Misc/2025 (Machinery) dated 02-12-2025 from the Local Government & Community Development Department, Government of Punjab, District Council Multan invites applications from eligible candidates for temporary positions on a work charge basis.

Terms & Conditions:
- Appointment Nature: Temporary, on work charge basis for a government-specified period. Appointment ends automatically after the period; no separate termination notice will be issued. Wages paid only for work done as per government rates.
- Residency: Candidate’s district must be Multan. Local candidates of Tehsil Shujabad & Jalalpur Pirwala will be preferred for postings there.
- Application Documents: Attach 2 passport-size photographs, attested copies of CNIC, and required educational/experience certificates.
- Health & Experience: Candidates must be healthy and fit. Preference will be given to those with prior good performance in similar duties.
- Final Authority: The selection committee’s decision will be final and cannot be challenged in any forum/court.
- Interview Call: No separate call letter will be issued. Candidates must appear with original documents at the given time/venue.
- Submission Deadline: Complete applications must reach the Office of District Officer (I&S), District Council Multan, by 26-12-2025 (by post or hand). Late applications will not be considered.
- Interview/Test Schedule:30-12-2025 at 11:00 AM at District Council Multan Office. No TA/DA will be provided.
- Panel Validity: A merit list will be prepared and remain valid for one year. Future temporary appointments may be made from this list per government instructions.
