Applications are invited from candidates residing permanently in Haripur and holding a domicile for the following positions in the District Judiciary Haripur, who meet the required criteria. The last date for submission of applications is (26 July 2025).

Terms & Conditions
- Every candidate must download the application form from the website of this honorable court (districtcourtsharipur.net.pk) and submit it by hand or by mail during office hours. Applications sent through any other means will not be accepted.
- A character certificate from respectable individuals in the area who are not relatives of the candidate must be attached with the application, with the signatures, name, parentage, CNIC number, permanent address, and mobile number of the verifying individuals clearly stated. A sample character certificate is available on the website of this honorable court along with the application form.
- Candidates wishing to apply for more than one position must submit separate applications for each position.
- Attach a recent passport-sized photograph on the application form and certified (attested) copies of educational certificates (all educational certificates obtained), domicile certificate, CNIC, etc.
- Attach a character certificate issued by the last educational institution attended with the application.
- The age limit for serial numbers 01 and 02 will be calculated as of 01-01-2025, while for serial numbers 03 and 04, the age limit will be calculated as of the last date of application submission. However, relaxation in the upper age limit will be granted according to the prevailing law.
- Government / semi-government employees must attach a departmental NOC with their application.
- Salary and other allowances will be paid according to the law and rules.
- False information and fake certificates will lead to legal action.
- Applications received after the due date will not be considered, even if sent by mail.
- Currently, the above positions do not have a quota for disabled persons or females. However, eligible applicants can apply on open merit.
- The competent authority reserves the right to change, amend, cancel the advertisement, or increase/decrease the number of posts.
- The competent authority has the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Interviews for the candidates will be conducted after the scrutiny of applications.
- The date of the interview will be announced on the website of this honorable court (districtcourtsharipur.net.pk) and the District & Sessions Judge Haripur’s notice board.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
- No appeal against the decision of the competent authority will be entertained.
