| Pay Package | Rs. 150,000/- per month (all-inclusive) |
| Employment Type | 1-year contract (extendable based on performance) |
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
| Category | Requirements |
| Education | – At least two Master’s degrees (HEC-recognized). – Higher qualifications preferred. – Certifications in Educational Management/Leadership Training are a plus. |
| Experience | – 15+ years in academics (including teaching). – 5+ years as Principal/Vice Principal/Headmistress in an English-medium institution. |
| Skills | – Excellent communication, presentation, and PR skills. – Ability to manage students, parents, and media. |
| Age Limit | Up to 55 years (as of the closing date). |
