Applications are required from Pakistani citizens for permanent appointments to the following posts in a government institution. Applicants who meet the specified criteria can apply and send their applications along with two plain return envelopes addressed to the Deputy Commandant 303 Spares Depot EME within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement. Preference will be given to candidates with additional education and relevant experience from an approved institution. Details of required educational qualifications, experience, and regional/provincial quotas are as follows. The age limit for all posts is 18 to 30 years.

Important Instructions:
- Candidates should send their applications along with attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, experience certificates, national identity card, and two passport-sized photographs within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication.
- Women, people with disabilities, and minorities will be recruited under the quota system. People with disabilities must attach a certificate and documents approved by a competent medical board with their application.
- Employees of government institutions should send their applications through their departments.
- Candidates should write their mobile number on the application. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
- Candidates can apply if their age is between 18 and 30 years on the 15th day after the advertisement’s publication.
Age Relaxation:
(1) Three years of age relaxation for Scheduled Castes and Buddhist community candidates.
(2) Ten years of age relaxation for people with disabilities.
(3) Five years of age relaxation for candidates recruited under the Prime Minister’s relief package.
(4) Fifteen years for retired military personnel (maximum age up to 45 years on the last date).
(5) Ten years of age relaxation in the upper age limit for serving employees or contract employees whose contract has been continuous for two years.
- Applicants must present original documents at the time of the test and interview. No TA/DA will be given to candidates for the test and interview.

Important Instructions:
- Candidates should attach attested copies of their educational certificates, national identity card, domicile certificate, and one recent passport-size photograph with their application form.
- The age limit is 18 to 30 years. A three-year age relaxation will be given to candidates from Gilgit-Baltistan, FATA, Azad Kashmir, Sindh (R), Scheduled Castes, and Balochistan. The age limit for retired army personnel is 45 years.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test and interview. Tests and interviews will be held in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi. No travel allowance or daily allowance will be applicable for candidates.
- The application, along with the prescribed form, should be sent to the Senior Record Officer, GS&C Record Cell, OS DTE, GHQ, Rawalpindi, within 20 days of the publication of this advertisement.
- Government employees should submit their applications through their respective departments.
- The department reserves the right to reject or accept applications. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
- If a candidate is eligible for more than one post, they must submit a separate application for each post.
- Candidates must bring their original documents and a set of attested copies at the time of the test and interview.
- Successful candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
- A postal order of Rs. 300 (non-refundable) dated after the publication of the advertisement, payable to SRO, GS&C Record Cell, OS DTE, GHQ, must be attached with the application form.
