1. Position Details
- Job Title: Consultant

2. Salary
- The salary package will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
3. Required Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following two sets of criteria:
- Option A:
- Qualification: D. in a relevant field (Aquaculture, Fisheries, Aquatic Science).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a public sector organization.
- Option B:
- Qualification: MS or equivalent (18 years of education) in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a public sector organization.
4. Preferred Skills
Candidates with the following demonstrated skills will be given preference:
- Practical skills in aquaculture operationalization, optimization, entrepreneurship development, and training management.
- Ability to conduct surveys/analysis and produce high-quality reports for stakeholders.
5. Key Terms & Conditions
- This is a temporary post exclusively for the PSDP project.
- Candidates with a higher qualification and an excellent academic career will be preferred.
- Ineligibility: Candidates with any third division in their academic career are not eligible.
- Government servants must apply through the proper channel.
- Selection is purely on merit. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- No TA/DA(Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided for the test/interview.
- The recruitment process can be postponed or stopped by PCSIR at any stage without providing a reason.
