Key Requirements for the Role
- Education & Core Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must have played International Cricket (Test matches or ODIs).
- Essential Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Deep knowledge of cricket laws and ICC regulations.
- Leadership skills to motivate and influence players, coaches, and teams.
- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Tour & Event Management: Plan, organize, and oversee all international tours and events for Pakistan’s national teams (Men, Women, Shaheens, U-19, etc.).
- Contracts & Agreements: Prepare and finalize Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for tours and manage player central contracts.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for logistics and international series/tournaments.
- ICC Liaison: Represent PCB in International Cricket Council meetings on cricketing matters.
- Logistics & Coordination: Handle venue management, coordinate with host boards, and manage team itineraries.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with disciplinary policies, including Anti-Corruption, Anti-Doping, and the ICC/PCB Code of Conduct.
- Team Supplies: Evaluate and manage the clothing and equipment requirements for all Pakistan Men’s and Women’s teams.
